The project takes the form of a straight prism, the trapezoidal base of which occupies the entire site and the volume covers the entire space up to 37 m high. The whole, compact and hollowed out of a canyon with curved walls, develops nearly 25,000 m² predominantly in the tertiary sector, combining: a coworking space of 250 m²; a micro-crèche with ten cradles intended for workers but extendable to residents; a wellness area of 1400 m²; a 400-seat performance hall; restaurants; a hotel with 140 rooms; an ornamental greenhouse on the roof.
