The building blocks are arranged with longitudinal East-West direction (catching the wind from the sea). The buildings are designed with a slight angle to avoid facing each other, creating privacy. The module of buildings is designed with the balconies flexibly changed on the façade. There a garden positioned in the middle. Greenery is provided to reduce the noise impact on the building. Yin-yang model is applied for the design of the Administration Center.
