HUNI ARCHITECTES AND CONSORTIUM AWARDED FIRST PRIZE IN THE INTERNATIONAL MASTER PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN COMPETITION FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS (VNU)
At the Announcement and Award Ceremony held in Hoa Lac on January 16, 2026, for the architectural design and 1/500 scale detailed planning competition organized by the University of Economics and Business - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (UEB), the Consortium comprising HUNI Architectes (France), the Urban Planning & Design Institute of Tongji University (Shanghai), and Dinh Phat Investment Construction Consultation JSC was honorably awarded First Prize by the Jury Council.
This result recognizes the professional expertise and strategic vision of HUNI Architectes in solving complex planning challenges, meeting strict requirements regarding functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability for a modern higher education environment.
The winning proposal convinced the Jury Council through a comprehensive master planning solution aimed at building a Green – Smart – International Standard university campus. The design not only optimizes training and research functions but also focuses on harmonious integration with the natural landscape of Hoa Lac, creating a solid foundation for UEB’s long-term development.
The success of the project lies in a deep understanding of the investor’s development orientation, combined with advanced design thinking to create an academic space that stimulates creativity and innovation.
