The 2 towers 30-storey and 36-storey connected by the block 28- storey, is a multi-functions building of 436 apartments, mall, omce spaces and others facilities. The facade has the main idea inspired by the 2 dragons, representing the rich culture of the Hoa community who live in Saigon.
