Inspired by local identity, the 8.4-hectare project is designed with a unique concept, simulating the structure of an atomic network, a scientific and technological factor and blended with the imagery of Tan Ba flower village, a cultural symbol of Binh Duong. Each “flower” represents a functional unit, interconnected to form a modern “intellectual village.” The functional spaces are harmoniously organized based on ecological, sustainable, and climate-adaptive principles, creating an open, nature-friendly learning environment.
